SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives.
  • International Shipping:
    We ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item in return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs or extensions that have been worn, altered, or custom-colored.
